Within this period, thoroughly evaluate your purchase and opt for a return or exchange at your convenience, without the need for extensive inquiries.

Prompt Initiatives and Procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange, please inform us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day after receiving your asset. Day 0 begins from the purchase date.

Effortless Buyback Requests:

For buyback requests, ensure the vehicle is at the Buyer’s location, and on-site payment is settled. We repurchase at 100% of the original purchase price, deducting only documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees related to the return.

Assured Protection:

Rest assured that your asset is fully insured during this period, excluding instances where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the event of an accident.

Return Conditions:

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for modified, accident-involved, damaged, or altered assets from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are not eligible for return.

Swift Return Processing and Timing:

Once the return criteria are met, anticipate a prompt refund process. Allow 1 – 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
